At Luxe.It.Fwd, we want you to love your luxury purchase, which is why we offer a straightforward return process for items that do not meet your expectations. All returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and remain in their original condition with all security tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 14-day eligibility window.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your item in its original luxury packaging, ensuring all authenticity cards, dust bags, and accessories are included inside the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our experts will inspect the item to verify its condition; upon approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
